My Professional Profile

I completed my Bachelor of Science in Statistics at SFU in 2021. During the summer after my first year at SFU I worked with the non-governmental organization Community Evolution in Sigchos, Ecuador assisting in the organization of community events, tourism and economic development in collaboration with the local municipal government. Throughout the rest of my degree, I spent the summers doing odd-jobs including physical labor working with my hands.

The summer after completing my undergraduate degree, I began working for the environmental services company Veolia as an internal consultant improving operations one project at a time. More details regarding my employment can be found on my LinkedIn and my resume.

After working for Veolia for four years, I decided to return to SFU and persue a Master of Science in Statistics. Details about my academic work can be found on the research page. Upon completion of this program, I plan to search for a PhD position or employement in Latin America.
